WHAT IS MY SHIPPING COST?
Your shipping cost will be invoiced to you separately after purchase. Prices vary based on location, method, and size of order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We ship all orders via FedEx Ground. Shipping time is two to days, though we cannot guarantee that your product will arrive exactly in that time frame. Please contact us to set up your shipping date. We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure packages arrive before the weekend, to avoid sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
WHAT IF MY CHOCOLATE IS DAMAGED?
Elizabeth's Delightful Edibles is not responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable, lost packages, damaged during delivery, or packages damaged by the elements after delivery. We take pride in our product and inspected carefully before it is shipped, but we are not responsible for postal handling. Please contact us if you have received damaged product.
