John's Bloody Mary Recipe
Christmas morning calls for yummy food, presents, laughter and a fantastic Bloody Mary. This Christmas morning check out this recipe for John’s Bloody Mary.
Here's the story ... Christmas morning for decades has included this drink. John, my brother, created it and my Dad perfected it. Even those people who say they do not like tomato juice will enjoy John’s Bloody Mary. I think what makes this drink great is the fresh lime juice. My Dad always serves it virgin, and lets you add your vodka as you see fit. This drink is not typically dangerous on Christmas morning, unless someone is late and this makes breakfast late. That gives us way too much time to drink.
Ingredients: 32 ounce can Campbell’s. Low sodium tomato juice 4 ounces of Vodka 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon sugar 11 teaspoon salt Juice of 6 limes(fresh is super important) Hot Sauce - optional Directions: Pretty simple. Mix in a large pitcher and chill. Vodka can be omitted and added as desired by each guest.
