Tis the Season ...

The holiday season might look different this year, but whether you are cooking for two or 20, here are a few of my best holiday entertaining tips.

  • Make apps and meals that you ENJOY creating. No one wants to spend hours in the kitchen preparing something they don't even want to eat after the preparation has taken place. Cook what you love!

  • Keep it simple. You don’t need 18 items to impress friends and family. There really is not a better tip than this one. An excess amount of food will only go to waste. Just prepare the top items you and your guests will enjoy.

  • Make. A. TO. DO. LIST. And use it. Can I get an amen? By sticking with your list, you will come in at your budget and with just the right amount of food for friends and family.

  • Hire a personal chef and sit back and enjoy with less stress!! You knew I had to add this tip, but it's true. Enjoy your gathering and let me cook for you. This might possibly be the best present you could receive this year!

No matter how you celebrate the holidays this year, please stay safe and know how much I appreciate you all!
